[l2h] pstoimg defaults to SVG but doesn't support it

Hi Dan,

I've got a bug report[1] that pstoimg doesn't work with it's default
settings. It defaults to SVG output, but then complains that SVG isn't
supported:

$ pstoimg -o /tmp/test tests/graphics/eqn1.ps 
pstoimg V2023
pstoimg: Processing tests/graphics/eqn1.ps
pstoimg: Error: unknown image type "svg".
