[l2h] paragraphs in table. alignment, ragged right, ragged2e package

I solved this by using css style directly in HTML.

Changed my css style to make the paragraphs inside tables be
left aligned and this fixed the problem.

l2h + changing of the HTML page CSS will often resolve missing
functionality in l2h.

Issue closed for me.
