[l2h] Black bars under integral signs when the limits of integration are -\infty and +\infty or an algebraic fraction for each of the upper and lower limits

P.S. I don't understand how changing the $MATH_SCALE_FACTOR can be a
reliable solution. Based on my understanding, all that does is tweak
the probabilities of getting spurious black bars.

If you can reproduce this problem in the version I am using, I will
go after it.

Cheers,
Julius
