[l2h] Math is being underlined

Oh my ... that was quick!

Oh my ... that was accurate!

I added the two suggested lines to my ~/.latex2html-init file,
repcompiled and it appears to be just fine!

BTW, checking the mailing list archive I did fine something about this
and a possible fix to pstoimg. However, this was for a (now) quite old
version of netpbm. I wonder, since I'm using version 10 of the lib
that something has crept back in?

For now, I'm a happy camper.
