[l2h] Bug report: Illegal division by zero latex2html.bat line 558 when setting $PK_GENERATION = 1

Thanks Shigeharu , yes this did it, I set $METAFONT_DPI =96 and now I do not 
get this error. Altough comparing the results, I can't make a difference 
between what I had before and now. I think the bitmaped math image could 
still be a little sharper. Or may be it is just my old tube PC monitor .
