[l2h] Help

I  have been trying to install the package latex2html for the last few days. 
I have been unsuccessful till now. I am not able to understand the exact problems.
I have checked all the information given at the site
http://statmaster.sdu.dk/maskel/docs/manual/module03/index.html#SECTION00010000000000000000
 
Everything seems to be fine till I give the make command.
When I give the make command, I get the following lines
