[l2h] box around inline images

Hi,

I get a box around inline equations using latex2html. Actually it is  
half a box, with lines to the left and below the equation.  There was  
a post on this in 2002, to which Ross Moore responded by saying:

> Try updating  netpbm (in particular pnmcrop) then reinstall  
> latex2html,
> making sure that the latest pnmcrop is indeed fou

I did this, but I still get the half-box around inline images.

I'm using latex2html 2002-4 installed via fink on Mac OS X 10.4.3.
