[l2h] latex2html tar file was problem

Dear Robin Fairbairns

Thanks for very much early reply. Actually i was downloaded in following 
site

                http://www.latex2html.org/
    under above site the link was given Download 
<http://saftsack.fs.uni-bayreuth.de/%7Elatex2ht/node6.html> and under 
this page i choose the following link Latest versions 
<http://saftsack.fs.uni-bayreuth.de/%7Elatex2ht/current/> and under this 
page i was choosed

atex2html-2002.tar.gz <http://saftsack.fs.uni-bayreuth.de/%7Elatex2ht/current/latex2html-2002.tar.gz>  and latex2html-2002-2.tar.gz <http://saftsack.fs.uni-bayreuth.de/%7Elatex2ht/current/latex2html-2002-2.tar.gz> .

I was downloaded different directory and and differernt version. No one 
is work correctly, everthing is giving while open the error message in 
tar file.
Please check and provide help for further processing.
