Please consider that system distributions distinguish between different
versions by filename. Besides, they get confused if checksums of the
downloadable files change.
Please always change the filename on changes.

What's the latest officially released version? I was always thinnking
that latex2html-2002-2-1.tar.gz, available from
http://www.latex2html.org/current/ is the latest released version.
BTW: latex2html-2002-2-1.tar.gz is integrated in different system
distributions. But with the current policy, everyone is possibly using
different 2002-2-1 versions.
