introduce the latex2html-2002-2-1 at several CTAN site

 SIZE (latex2html-2002-2-1.tar.gz) = 1122706

I offer to use it if you want to check md5sum.

Above archives you refered may be development version at 

 http://www.latex2html.org/current/

It will be update of same name, so there are some archives of 
same names. I have also another archives of development 
versions.
