[l2h] old `polski' bug still pending

I have just noted that the bug reported by me on 29th June 2000

is still present in version 2002-2-1. I think my report has been
self-explanatory. If it's not the case, I will be glad to provide
additional comments.

P.S. I use latex2html for Polish with a dirty patch which is not suitable for
inclusion in the distribution.
