Which version of latex2html did you install ?
THe latest version is available at www.latex2html.org .

No.
Perl has become more finicky with later versions.
Earlier versions of Perl allowed multiple arguments to the undef operator.
More recent versions allow just a single argument.
You could simply edit the latex2html script at the lines mentioned:
2771, 3076, 4404
to fix the syntax. Alternatively, it should be fixed already in later
versions of LateX2HTML.
