[l2h] Windows graphicx issue

Merci beaucoup: J'ai utiliser fptex dans le passe avec beucoup de 
succes. Ce sont les possibilite de gestion des pacquets et 
d'actualisation de Miktex qui m'ont incite a l'adopter cette fois-ci. 
Je devrais peut-etre revenir a fptex...
