It seemed that the equation number is not right for "eqnarray"

For example,

a=b
\end{equation}
 \begin{eqnarray}
 \htmlimage{}
c &=& d \\
e &=& f
\end{eqnarray}
\begin{equation}
g=h
\end{equation}
-----------------

the result will looks,
--------------------------------
a=b
	
	   	
		 (1)

c=d		
		 (2)
e=f
				 (3)

g=h        						 (2)
--------------------------------

Is it a bug? Or, how shall I solve the problem?
