[l2h] fatal syswait

Dear users,
just installed >latex2html-2K.1beta< the conversion process
from .tex to .html stops with the message:

Fatal (syswait): exec " ./images.tex" failed: Permission denied
 at /usr/local/bin/latex2html line 3761

Inserting a system(chmod...) into the script doesnt work either
because LATEX doesent like the content of >images.tex<.
