Can someone tells me how to l2h latex file with russian text?

I've found Ross Moore's reply to Georgy Salnikov's post in l2h archive
(http://www.tug.org/pipermail/latex2html/2001-April/001096.html),
but I can't find neither his original message, nor latex2html
developer's repository at latex2html.org which Mr. Ross was told about =(
