[l2h] problem after installation of latex2html

Hi,
I have installed latex2html on my laptop which runs on windows98. Every =
thing was right. I checked l2htest.tex and was converted well by running =
test.bat file. After this I run install.bat which installed latex2html =
in C:\PROGRA~1\MIKTEX\L2H directory.
Now, when I run latex2html from command windows it gives following =
error.
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\latex2html\tests>latex2html l2htest.tex
Error (home): Cannot expand other user's home directory
at C:\PROGRA~1\MIKTEX\L2H\BIN/latex2html.bat line 227
I will appritiate the help.
