[l2h] Customising the appearance of web pages created with l2h

Anyone have any ideas how to redefine $TITLE?  Or, any ideas where 
the title of the document gets written out?  There must be a 
subroutine somewhere in l2h that does this, but I can't seem to find 
it.  I'm assuming I'm searching on the wrong variable names.
