[l2h] odd problem with CONTENTS_BANNER

Hi there,

I just discovered that setting $CONTENTS_BANNER in .latex2html-init and
using it with frames.perl, fails for a definition like

$CONTENTS_BANNER='<IMG WIDTH="150" HEIGHT="174" ALIGN="BOTTOM"'.
 'BORDER="0" ALT="ias-2001 logo"'.
 'SRC="/icon-files/ias-logo-blu.gif"></IMG>';

but works sort of, if the closing </IMG> is replaced by </A>
(resulting in malformed html of course).

This happens with l2h  99.2beta6 (1.42)b, and might be fixed in the
meantime
