[l2h] giftool / giftrans

Hello,

I installed both giftool and giftrans on my system, but pstoimg-config
doesn't find it.
How can I make it find the files?

Or is there a way to say latex2html where they are?
I tried setting the path with $HOWTO_TRANSPARENT, but that doesn't work.
Any hints?
