[l2h] "<texcommentmark>" in html

This problem is specific to SWP. I use a search and replace software to 
eliminate all % signs at the end of math for files that will be processed by 
latex2html (replacing ]% by %, $% by $, etc.]. Of course, I would be happy if 
l2h could just ignore them :-)
