[l2h] Headers/Footers

I have not been following the discussion on here for long, so they have
probably been asked before.

I use the fancyhdr style in most of my work as it gives a really nice way
of having headers and footers on every page.  Is there any possible way of
doing this in latex2html?  I have not seen a fancyhdr.perl, but is there a
way to fake out the latex2html code to get a header and/or footer on each
HTML "page"?

If there is not a fancyhdr.perl, how much work would it be? I know perl,
but am not familiar with the latex2html code.
