[l2h] How can I linke a single page to cgi?

Hello,
I am using l2h for a while now, and I still didn't figure out a good way, how
 I would include a single page as a cgi, where I list current files to download.
Unfortunately, I can not use Server-Side-Includes on my server.
Any Ideas how I could do that?

By the way, is there somewhere a site dedicated for ideas on howto do certain
things? - it took me a while before I fiured out, that I could improve my
layout by putting raw html into my header and footer definiton. So I generate a
table layout (rather then frames), which I happen to like. (unfortunately, I
still couldn't include the index there).
