        The Debian GNU/Linux distribution comes with a prepackaged
 LaTeX2HTML package. It is integrated into the distributions web
 server policy, so you can see the navigation icons whether you do
 lynx ~/public_html/something.html, as well as using a local web server
 lynx  http://fqdn.localhost/~me/something.html 

        The katest version on Debian is 99.1.
