[l2h] HTML-Math ???

I wanted to test HTML-Math.
According l2h manual, the translator 
is supposed to support it, but I can't 
get anythig (at least not the way the 
manual describes it). 
Was HTML-Math ever implemented and removed
in recent versions?
Or maybe I misunedrstand something?

I remember with one of previous wersions 
somehow I was able to get empty <MATH> tag,
but that was all.
