[l2h] Warnings?

Hi,

When I use  Latex2html then I frequently get thw warnings:

*********** WARNINGS ***********

There is no author for this document.
couldn't convert character laquo into available encodings
couldn't convert character raquo into available encodings
couldn't convert character dbquo into available encodings
couldn't convert character gg into available encodings
couldn't convert character ll into available encodings

Can I just ignore those. Or is there something to do?
