[l2h] Warnings?

I hope this will work:
look at latex2html.config, there is an option
$ACCENT_IMAGE (or similar); if you set this to
1 l2h will generate images for those "special" characters
like it would for maths stuff
on the other hand, you might want to try to switch
to a different encoding.
