[l2h] Install problem under W95

Yes indeed, yesterday in fact.
My Ghostscript was   Ghostscript BETA RELEASE 5.94
which did not match the pattern expected in  config/config.pl
So I edited 1 line in  config.pl  and it now works.

Try   gswin32c -h  (or whatever) and look at the message.
Now look for 'Ghostscript' in config.pl 
Adjust the regexp to match.
Inform this list as to what you did, so it can be
incorporated into future versions of LaTeX2HTML.
