[l2h] Adding commands?

When translating our company's training notes I get, amongst other
output,


> Unknown commands: slosh tutorcopy camel appendices advanced
> advancedstuff cleardoublepage

These are commands I've added in a LaTeX class file.  How can I
add them to latex2html so it translates them properly?

I'm up to speed with Perl, I just don't understand the hooks that
latex2html needs.  What filename, what sub names, and so forth ...
