we are at it and giri narayana and co have prepared for a first draft of
all the fonts. we now need to consult an artist (we have located him but
are looking for funds to pay his proffessional charges!), show the fonts
to him and incorporate his suggestions and corrections.

we want to comply to unicode standards.

also, we would like to take the kannada keyboard into account. any
suggestions in this regard are welcome.

so if things go as we plan we should have a test version ready by the end
of december.
