The Oberdiek Package Support Group  submitted an update to the

                atveryend

package.

Since 2020 the code of the package is no longer used as LaTeX suppressed the
loading of the package
and replaced the commands by commands based on standard LaTeX hooks.
In this version 1.12 this new code was moved into atveryend directly.
