[ho-tex] CTAN Upload: soul

Hi Ulrike,

Thanks for the upload. I've installed the new version and updated the
catalog repository.

The changes should become available on the mirrors within the next 24
hours. Then I will post the announcement.

I have done the following

1. moved the old package soul from Melchior to obsolete/macros/generic/soul and only pointed to it with an internal link

2. deleted the soulutf8 package

3. installed your uploaded soul (previously soulutf8) package to macros/generic/sould and created an alias soulutf8 which points to soul

Hope this is fine with you.
