Thank you for this upload, but please see my remarks below:

(1) There does not seem to be _any_ 2023-12-xx date in the whole
    package;  at least line 3 of README.md still shows the date
    of the previous release.

(2) There are stray pdfrender.pdf both in oberdiek.tds.zip and
    in the flat tree that should most probably be removed.

(3) Maybe the pdfrender entry should also be removed from
    oberdiek-bundle.bib ?

 Please correct and reupload.  Thanks!
