Add info about using TrueType fonts with pdfTeX

- The file gentium.pdf contains the original Gentium fonts in
  TrueType format to show that it works.

+The standard and safe way is using Type~1 fonts. However, you may prefer the
+original TrueType fonts.
+
+The engine \pdfTeX\ supports both Type~1 and TrueType fonts and the package
+\pkgname{gentium-tug} gives you the choice to use either the original TrueType
+fonts or the converted Type~1 version.
+
+Commands \verb|updmap-sys| or \verb|updmap| can enable and disable the TrueType
+or Type~1 version of some font. The files \verb|gentium-type1.map| and
