Log:
add file with Cyrillic words for testing kerning in FontForge

The file was treated as binary after 'svn add'. Therefore, I had
to use 'svn propset' to change the mime-type to text/plain. Then
(and before commit) the command 'svn diff' showed  the diff, but
complained that the property doesn't end with newline.

I know there are no ASCII letters in the file, but I hope that
setting it to text/plain will work.
