Hello
After all it's not difficult. Try it. May be it is not perfect.

1. Be sure to have the mathtime package installed. Try
kpsewhich mathtime.sty
 to check it.
2. Be sure to have an active privat texmf-tree. You may use the texmf-
local-tree instead.
3. Copy font files from mathtime-cd into the texmf-local tree:
*.pfb go to texmf-local/fonts/type1/yandy
*.vf go to texmf-local/fonts/vf/yandy
*.tfm go to texmf-local/fonts/tfm/yandy
You also may copy afm and pfm files in the same way.
4. Find the file psfonts.mt8 from the mathtime-cd. Copy this file to
texmf-local/fonts/map/yandy/updmap and name it yandy.map
5. Edit the file updmap.cfg in texmf-var/web2c. Add the line
Map yandy.map
at the end of the block with similar lines.
6. Launch the command updmap twice.
That's all. You may check the file texmf-
var/fonts/map/dvips/updmap/psfonts.map now for lines like
MTEX MTEX <MTEX.pfb
and use mathtime now.

Best regards,
