[fptex] some errors and failed messages after installing the latestrelease

Hopefully, you got everything apart from this ttex.zip package.

The failures while building format are due to missing ukrhyph.tex file. It
is strange, because the collection collection-langcyrillic has been
selected, but not the ukrhyph package that it contains. However, Russian
hyphenation loads this file. Basically, you can fix formats by running
TeXsetup in maintenance mode, and adding all the langcyrillic packages. 

Finally you may want to check your format files yourself by running 
'fmtutil --all' by hand.
