[fptex] Suggestion for configuring XEmacs

Hello
This is a small suggestion for configuring XEmacs on fpTeX/TeX 
Collection: XEmacs for windows uses the option '-paper a4r' when 
calling windvi for a landscape document. This is very clever. But 
windvi  stores this option permanently. So XEmacs should use 
the option '-paper a4' if windvi ist called for non landscape 
documents.
