[fptex] Texlive 0.7 beta2 installation on XP - missing tl80geturl.dll

Hello,

I tried installing the 0.7beta2 on a new XP box through net installation 
and everything appears to go well. However, it did not create the ls-R 
database and the format files. Running mktexlsr creates the error of a 
missing "tl80geturl.dll" DLL. Maybe that's the reason.

Any similar experience?
