You need to install ghostscript. This can be done by downloading it from
its web site (http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/) or from your menu
Start -> Programs -> TeXLive -> Maintenance -> Add package
Check 'Enable Internet Download'
then look into the tree of choices for win32-support/ghostscript and
proceed.
