[fptex] pdftex format file

Nothing apart running the standard sequence :

set KPATHSEA_DEBUG_OUTPUT=err.log
set KPATHSEA_DEBUG=-1
pdftex ...

and looking into the logfile to find what is going wrong.
Send it to me if in doubt.
