You have to use Pdflatex and hyperref package
with pdftex options. All you want here, is in this
package, but you have to complete the latex source
an put some instructions of hyperref package
to obtain link, highlighting ......
I think you can also compile the dvi file
with dvipdfm, it's necessary to use dvipdfm options
with hyperref package.
