[fptex] Kpathsea problems

Try to run :

c:\>kpsecheck --shared

It it tells you that 'Kpathsea file mapping is set up', then that mean
you have some kpathsea program running (hint: ispell.exe). Try to shut
it down and rerun your command.

I have put kpathsea hash-tables in shared memory. The problem is that
you can't reinitialize them. Some time is saved at initialization (no
need to rebuild them !), but the drawback is that if you change ls-R,
then you need to be sure to shutdown any program using them.
