[fptex] new pdftex binaries

I got through generating the fmt files (pdftex and pdflatex) without 
problems. I simply use the "Create all format files.lnk" in the start 
Menu. Lazy :-).

However, I pdftex generates the following "application error".

when I tested it on the "samplepdf.tex" file.

I also encounter "unknown type of image" with these lines in the 
samplepdf.tex file

</quote>
