[fptex] new pdftex binaries

After downloading and installing the binaries, I've run the command

   fmtutil --byfmt pdftex

this dumps the following errors to the screen

pdftex: unrecognized option `-job-name=pdftex'
Try `pdftex --help' for more information.
running `pdftex -ini  -job-name=pdftex -progname=pdftex pdftex.ini <nul' ...

  c:/Local/TeX/texmf-var/web2c
for details.

This is a summary of all `failed' messages:
fmtutil: command `pdftex -ini  -job-name=pdftex -progname=pdftex pdftex.ini
+<nul' failed.


Is there an updated fmtutil script to go with the binaries?
