[fptex] dvipdfm only works if in bin\win32 directory

Hi Fabrice, Thanks for your help. But somehow, some way the problem fixed
itself. Maybe I just needed to reboot a few times and run the program a few
times. I affirm, though, I was having multiple problems. latex filename
insisted on producing output files named latex209.*, latex filename refused
to run right (I had to do latex < filename), and the PDF thing wouldn't
work. All these problems are fixed, amazingly, on their own. Alan
