I don't know if i should sent this question to this list. I just install a new version of fptex on a PC with windows 2000 When I generate a .ps file using dvips -t landscape -o %1.ps %1.dvi the file comes upside down (title of the vugraph is on the bottom of my screen) This is new problem it never happened before with the same script.
