[fptex] pdftex

Pdftex is flawed in the binaries I have uploaded yesterday. The
culprit is pdfcrypt, but I don't know yet if the problem is win32
specific or more general. Thanks to Hans however, it has been made
obvious that PDF inclusion didn't work anymore.

So I uploded new pdftex stuff : I have upgraded to the latest xpdf
(0.93) library and rebuild everything without pdfcrypt.
