[fptex] texi2html version 1.64

Hi

thanks for preceeding answer on pnmcrop, now it works.
(but getting a nice output with httex is not painless, looks 
like)

I have tried texi2html and noticed it is an old version back 
from 1996. And there is a newer one 1.64 available from summer 
2000, but not directly installable for win32 users (although 
it is just a perl script it need a configure bash command).

would it be possible to have an upgrade of texi2html in fptex 
distribution for win32 ?
