I have put a set of beta binaries based on the upcoming web2c 7.4.1. You can get them from: ftp://ftp.dante.de/pub/fptex/beta/binaries-20021223-win32.zip The archive contains bin/win32/* and texmf/web2c/* so beware when upacking to not overwrite your files.
